Gloria Phillips Gloria Phillips (often simply referred to as paper master) she is a Sr Business Analyst, at Nu Skin, and makes more than Jeff Nemelka and possibly all other RPS competitors. She is currently the longest-running papper thrower in a RPS compition, having run regionally since August 27, 2010. Gloria has a week to enjoy the trophy, but in a 2010 interview with Larry King, Gloria tearfully announced that she might not be here next week to defend her title. She has plans to play RPS at home with friends and family, but she said tearfully "it wont be the same."
